All my Rosaries, Chaplets and Bracelets come with a lifetime guarantee, which commences from the date of purchase. In the event of a problem, please contact us via the email in the ‘Contact Us’ section, and we will endeavour to respond asap. Please supply as many details as you can regarding the problem, and also remember to forward us your contact details. A guarantee repair/replacement is free of charge, excluding shipping costs.

Refunds and Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time up to shipping. Payment of cancelled orders will be refunded within three working days.

You may return unwanted items for a full refund of the item/s cost, provided they are returned within fourteen days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original new condition, before a refund is made. Refunds exclude the postage and packaging charge. Customers returning unwanted goods are responsible for return postage costs. Proof of posting  may be required.

Delivery

Your order will be shipped out within two working days of receipt of payment. The majority of orders are shipped within one working day. Customers should expect delivery of their order in approximately three to five days.

Receipts

A receipt will be included with your order, however we cannot issue VAT receipts as we are not VAT registered, therefore we do not charge VAT.

Payments

Several methods of payment are available on the website. Please note we cannot take payment via telephone.

If payment by bank transfer is selected, no order will be processed or shipped until cleared funds are showing in our account.
